Shipping policy

Everything is printed after you order it. That's why it fits. It's also why it isn't instant.

Production time

Each item is made to order by our production partner. Most orders are printed and packed within 2–5 business days. During the holiday rush (November and December), production can take a little longer.

United States

• Standard: usually 3–4 business days after your order ships.
• Express: available at checkout on some items, usually 1–3 business days after your order ships.

Current offer: free standard US shipping on orders with 2 or more items, or orders of $60 or more. It's applied automatically at checkout.

International

If we ship to your country, you'll see the shipping options and rates at checkout. International orders usually arrive 5–20 business days after they ship. Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the buyer's responsibility and aren't included in our prices or shipping rates.

Tracking and split shipments

You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If your order has several items, they may be printed in different facilities and arrive in separate packages. Nobody forgot anything.

Address and customs problems

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back because the address was incorrect or incomplete, it went unclaimed, or it was refused or held at customs, we can reship it, but the new shipping cost is on the buyer.

Lost or damaged in transit

If tracking stops moving and your order never arrives, or it arrives damaged, tell us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund it. Details are in our refund policy.

Marked delivered but missing

Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, it's out of our hands. Check with neighbors, your building's front desk, and your local post office. We'll help you file a claim with the carrier, but we can't replace or refund packages the carrier shows as delivered.
